The Owner of the Tata conglomerate is s Parsi....(not "Hindu"- upper caste etc)...... and the labour force of both companies are religion / caste insensitive i.e. they dont care about ur caste / religion..... As for not hiring americans, its YOUR free market syndrome at work. Bodyshops like Tata and Infosys are used as instruments of labor arbitrage because they import people in order to increase the supply of workers in the United States. Tata and Infosys aren't just about labor arbitrage, although that single issue is bad enough. These companies are racist and sexist. Almost all of their employees are upper caste young men of the Brahmin caste -- and that excludes all other races. In India racism, sexism, and ageism are considered OK so these companies brought their culture to the U.S. They have no intention of changing their discriminatory culter, and so far it seems that everyone in the U.S. is taking a "hands off" attitude towards this disgusting behavior. It's a mystery to me why Americans seem so opposed to discrimination unless it's done by those that are considered a minority.
