		<description>Great post. The only time you read any mention of "immigration" when it comes to white collar jobs is when it is delivered in the form of promotional PR pushes to get rid of more jobs for our own engineers and computer scientists. 

Rags like San Jose Mercury News serve as the locals' (Cisco, Google, Oracle, etc.etc.) corporate mouthpiece

Why does the tech community hate their engineering and computer scientist neighbors? The Grapes of Wrath ought to be required reading for every voter prior to casting their ballots this election. But then again, WHO IS the candidate behind educated American professionals?</description>
